Dr Vanessa Kwek graduated from the National University of Singapore’s Faculty of Dentistry with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2018. She is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Paediatric Dentistry.
Before joining our team, she served as a Dental Officer at various public health institutions including polyclinics, KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital and the National Dental Centre. Dr Vanessa’s extensive work experience honed her skills in advanced general dentistry, management of medically-complex patients, as well as dental trauma and emergency. During her service, she had the opportunity to interact with patients from different walks of life, and discovered her passion for paediatric dentistry.
Dr Vanessa firmly believes in holistic dentistry, with a strong emphasis on preventive dentistry and patient education. She aims to provide quality individualized care to all of her patients, by regularly updating her knowledge and skills with continuing education courses and workshops.
Outside of work, Dr Vanessa also volunteers regularly for dental mission trips to serve underprivileged communities in Cambodia. She is also an avid foodie, enjoys travelling and spending time in the midst of nature.
